Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot guarantee two distinct orders placed separately will be packed together so shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
The shipping costs do not cover any tracking number for orders under 2kg, so if you want one, please ask when you place your order so we can quote any extra for it.

Return Policy

As a consumer you have automatic right of cancellation. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, all you have to do is return it to us in good condition within 14 days from the day you receive your order and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item.

We will be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return is a result of our error or a defect. To make a return, please provide your order reference number and the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. Then send it to us at the address below:
